The Indian Constitution is partly rigid and partly flexible. Explain this statement with three meaningful points. I need a full answer plzz

  • The Indian constitution is ammended with time . For this a majority in both the houses is required . Thus it is flexible

  • On the other hand , the preamble can only be changed by the majority of half the Indian states and the both houses . Thus it becomes rigid

  • Also , no government can change it for increasing its powers .
