let the third side be x, then the possible values for the third side is

difference of 2 sides < x < sum of 2 sides, that is

19 - 7 < x < 7 + 19

12 < x < 26

The possible integer values are

13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25

That is a total of 13 integer values
