Answer:

ratio of David's time to Mark's time = 61/60 = 61:60 = 61 to 60

Explanation:

A ratio is a way of comparing numbers by dividing one number by the other. In order to write a ratio, both numbers have to be in the same units.

David takes 61 minutes to do a task.

Mark 1 hour to do the same task. 1 hour = 60 minutes.

You are comparing David's time to Mark's time.

The ratio of David's time to Mark's time is 61 minutes to 60 minutes.

ratio of David's time to Mark's time = 61/60 = 61:60 = 61 to 60

Answer:

61 : 60

Explanation:

Well to make a ratio, you just have to have David time : Mark time

So if you convert Mark's time into minutes, it is 60 minutes

61 : 60

That's the simplest form.
