x = 2, then y = 4(2)-3 =>

y= 5

y = -3, then -3 = 4x-3 =>

x = 0

x = -1, then y = 4(-1) - 3 =>

y = -7

x = 3, then y = 4(3) -3 =>

y = 9

y = 1, then 1 = 4x - 3 =>

x = 4

now plot all of these points and create a line from them
