Explanation:

I know I did this incorrect. But, after finding the circumference of the two half circles (which equal a whole circle) I multiplied it by 4 which got me 439.6, I followed by adding 96 with 96 and multiplying it with 4 which got me 768. After adding the two totals together I got the finial answer of 1,207.6. I'd like to add that's nearly a mile and he lost his mind trying to run it lol.
