Slope: -2 (or 2/-1), y-intercept: 5

Explanation:

The slope is -2 (or 2/-1) because if you count the amount of boxes the line goes up, its two and the amount of boxes that goes left or right (left in this case) its 1. But since its going left it would be negative.

So the slope (2/-1) would just be -2.

The y-intercept is 5 because if you see where the line hits the y-axis its at 5.
