y = 3 - 3x or y = -3x + 3

m is gradient / slope

y = -3x + c (as parallel lines have the same gradient)

sub in coordinate given

3 = -3(0) + c

c = 3 (y intercept)

y = -3x + 3

or

y=3-3x
