Answer:

There is a very important relationship between our health decision and disease prevention because most of our health decision affects the immunity of our body.

Adopting healthy decisions such as healthy food, regular health checkups and regular exercises helps a lot to prevent diseases in present and future as well.

As a teen, I adopted regular exercise which is helping and will help later in life. Regular exercise prevent keeps us healthy and prevent risks of diseases for example: regular exercise prevent heart disease, high blood, pressure, diabetes , high cholesterol, arthritis, and stroke et-cetra.

Regular exercises allows our whole body to function properly and strengthen our cells to resist any disfunctioning in the body.

Eating healthy food and avoiding junk food or high cholesterol food prevent many heart diseases, Eating green leafy vegetable and pulses improve immunity of the body.

Hence, eating healthy food and regular exercise can prevent diseases later in life.
