PLS HELP ME!!!! 20 pts: What factors should be considered when deciding where to add voltmeters and ammeters in a circuit schematic?

Voltmeters run parallel to circuit across load. So one probe goes at the beginning of the load or potential and the other probe at the end or other side. Ammeters run in series with the load.
