Hello there!

Y = mx + b

Looking at the graph we can find our y-intercept, which would be 0,1.

To find the slope, we can use any two coordinates on the line, such as

(-1,0) and (0,1).

Plug it into the slope formula: rise over run.

1 - 0 / 0 - - 1 = 1/1

1/1 = 1

Therefore our slope is 1x.

Lastly, we just plug the values in for our slope intercept form.

y = 1x + 1
