In picture attached I manage to find one graph. Just follow the explanation of this, if your graph data is different than this.

According to the attached graph we can see that the line of the graph is beggining at 12. So we this, we can assume and say that the initial height of the swimmer is 12 ft.

The max height would be the maximum point in the graph where it reach the maximum height. In other words, the highest point of the line. since the beggining of the jump. As you can see in the graph, this is reached between 22 and 24 ft. So we can assume is around 23 ft. So the maximum height would be 23 ft

Finally the x-intercept, would be the point of the line where it reach the x-axis. In this case, it would be a point really close to 8. You can say it's about 7.8, or even the number 8 if you wish. In this case, let's say it's 7.8 the x-intercept
