We can use the points (1, 2) and (-3, -2) to solve.

Distance formula:
d=√((x2-x1)^2+(y2-y1)^2)

d=√((-3-1)^2+(-2-2)^2)

d=√((-4)^2+(-4)^2)

d=√(16+16)

d=√(32)

d=5.656854...

Round to the nearest hundredth if needed.

5.656854... → 5.66

Therefore, the distance between both points is approximately 5.66 units.

Best of Luck!
