A company trains dolphins to be gentle enough to swim with people. The company prefers female dolphins and can use biotechnology to be sure that female dolphins are born during breeding. This gender-selection technology would be almost identical in humans. Why is this technology most likely not available to people?

The technology has ethical concerns.
The technology wouldn’t work with people.
The technology wouldn’t be used by people.
The technology would be too expensive.
