Then the RNA sequence is modified through a protein that will be splicing the RNA strand, this protein is called the spliceosome. The spliceosome takes out introns and pieces together exon a to create a mature messenger RNA(mRNA). Once the mRNA is created, it will transport to the cytoplasm of the cell. Then the ribosome protein and ribosomal RNA’s will translate the mRNA into amino acids, each amino acid is brought to the ribosome by an RNA called transfer RNA(tRNA), then it is added to a growing polypeptide chain. Once the polypeptide is complete, the chain is folded and made into a three-dimensional working protein.
