Which best explains how local taxes can support a local economy?

(I feel It could be this) Local taxes often support construction of state universities and national colleges. These services create an educated workforce that will benefit the economy.

(told it was this) Local taxes often pay for road repair, firefighters, and police officers. These services create jobs and help society run smoothly.

(don't feel it is this at all) Local taxes can only hurt an economy. Taxes take money out of circulation and cause businesses to move away.

(i feel it could be this) Local taxes often support investments in science, space, and technology, which will benefit the economy in the long run.

Local taxes often pay for road repair, firefighters, and police officers. These services create jobs and help society run smoothly.

Step-by-step explanation:

I don't think that local taxes are that prominent to fund constructions of educational building or fund investments in science but i also don't think it will hurt the economy. So i believe its the second option
