Answer: about 20 red crayons

==========================================================

How I got this answer:

First, add up the values in the table

10+5+3+3+3+6 = 30

Of that total of 30, we have 6 that are red. The proportion of red is 6/30 = 1/5 = 0.20 = 20%

We expect 20% of the bag to be red assuming this sample of 30 was done completely randomly without any bias.

If we had 100 crayons in a bag, then 20% of that is 0.20*100 = 20, so we expect about 20 red crayons in this bag. I'm using the phrasing "about 20" instead of "exactly 20" because the sample taken could be a bit off, leading to some error(s). Luckily, your teacher is only asking for an estimate.
