Eierschecke; a vinilla custard on top of cake/pie crust. Served with coffee.

Beinenstich; two layers of yeast cake with cream in the center.

Any type of Mohnkuchen; poppy seed cake, strudel, pie.

Apfelkuchen; apple pie like cake

Stollen; christamas cake with fruit

Streusel; crubly pastry with cream or fruit or nuts

Linzerkekse; cookies with jelly and powder suger

Baurenbrot; farmers bread.

Commen cake:

Stollen is served throughout germany on christmas day. its a german tradition.

Commen in arounf the world:

studel is commen in the us, so are the linzerkekse but they are called thumbprint cookies there.

Pretty much everything german is serrved with coffee or tea. Someitmes it is served with creame.
