Answer:

csc C = 5/3 = 1. (6)

Explanation:

Given:

∠B = 90° is a right angle

AB = 30

We know that:

sec A = 5/3 = 1/ cos A = 1/ ( adjacent side/hypothenuse) =

hypothenuse/ adjacent side to angle A

csc C = 1/ sin C = 1/ sinC = 1/ (opposite side /hypothenuse) =

hypothenuse/ opposite side to angle C

Note that :

adjacent side to angle A is the same as opposite side to angle C

Therefore sec A = csc C = 5/3 ( fraction form) = 1.(6) (decimal form)

In △ABC, ∠B is a right angle, AB=30, and sec A=5/3. Find the value csc C in fraction-example-1
