What is the difference between political action and social action? Why might people choose one over the other in dealing with problems in their communities?

Answer:

The difference between political and social action is that for political you need the government to help you, or the state, while social, is that you don't the government to help you, and you can do it on your own. People might choose one way or another because for political action, some people are either lazy, or don't want to do lots of things by themselves, while social actions, some people would want to do their work on their own without any help.

again, this is my opinion

hope this helped :D
