V=Bh

where B is the base area and h is the height

Base area is given by: B= 14"×14"=196 inch²

Therefore, V=196×8= 1568 in³

Next is to find volume of the cylinder i.e

v=r²h

where,

r = radius of cylinder i.e 10/2=5 inches

h = height of cylinder i.e 10 inches
