Please help!

Noah's parents are interested in moving to another part of town. They look up all the prices of the homes for sale and record them in thousands of dollars. Find the mean and MAD for each of the neighborhoods. Then decide whether the two groups are very different or not.

I inferred the attached image to be remaining part of the question that shows the data set.

Answer:

1. Mean for N1= 75

MAD for N1= 0

2. Mean for N2= 124

MAD for N2= 7/5 (1.4)

Explanation:

1. Mean for Neighborhood 1:

Total price value= 750

Number of data set= 10

Mean= 750/10= 75

MAD for Neighborhood 1:

Sum of data set difference from mean= 0

Number of data set= 10

MAD = 0/10

2. Mean of Neighborhood 2:

Total price value= 1240

Number of data set= 10

Mean= 1240/10= 124

MAD for Neighborhood 2:

Sum of data set difference from mean= 14

Number of data set= 10

MAD= 14/10= 7/5 or 1.4
