Back when I was a teenager in the Bronx, summer was

a time for both fun and work. Starting at about age

fourteen, I worked summers and Christmas holidays at a

toy and baby furniture store in the Bronx. The owner, Jay

Sickser, a Russian Jewish immigrant, hired me off the street

as I walked past his store. “You want to make a few bucks

unloading a truck in back?” he asked me. I said yes. The job

took a couple of hours, and he paid me fifty cents an hour.

“You’re a good worker,” he told me when I’d finished. “Come back tomorrow.”

Answer: The author uses the names of real people and places.

The author uses the pronouns I and me, which show first-person point of view

The author uses flashback.

Explanation:

I am assuming that you can choose multiple answers. if you can only choose one answer, then it is "the author uses flashback." A memoir is when someone writes about moments or events from their life. At the beginning the author writes "back when I was a teenager in the Bronx," which means that this is a memory and happened in the author's life, therefore making this a memoir. The names of real people and places make it a memoir because these are real events. The pronouns I and me mean that this is in first person, which makes sense because these events happened to the author.
