How was the Marshall Plan economically advantageous to the United States?

Why didn’t Poland and Czechoslovakia benefit from the Marshall Plan?

How did the Marshall Plan help promote the US foreign policy of containment?

Answer:

From April 1948 to December 1951, the US shipped items such as bombs, food items, guns and money to European countries such as United Kingdom, France , Germany etc.

The Marshall plan was advantageous to the United States because it benefited the economy immensely. The money in which the United States gave the countries had to be used to buy goods from US and they also had to be shipped across the Atlantic on American ships and vessels.

Poland and Czech didn’t benefit because they opted out of the plan due to their alliance with the Soviet Union who wasn’t in support of the plan

The plan helped promote it in a very

Positive way with lots of advantages and kickbacks.

Yes the Marshall plan worked.
