The answer is 66.

Explanation:

The lengths with the angles and the segments have the same length. For example, at the top angle, where it says 6, the length is also 6 for the other segment of the angle till the point. Where it says 17, you already know the shorter segment is 6 because the opposite length down there is also 6, so 17 minus 6 is 11. Now you know there is 6+6+11+11+6+6+10+10. This is a geometric rule but I forgot what it was called so it's hard to explain, but I hope that helped!
