No, I would not expect to find muscle tissue in plants, because the main purpose of muscle tissues is faciliating movement, and plants do not move a lot.

Step-by-step explanation:

Plants do move, but they have very limited locomation, and can only do so in responde to stimuli (such as light, which causes leaves to move towards its source). For this reason, while plants do have some motor cells, located in different parts depending on the plant, they lack the amounts thay we find in animals, and as said before, they also lack muscle tissue itself.
