Answer:

The number of boys: a

The number of girls: b

=> a/b = 5

a - b = 60

=> (b + 60)/b = 5

=> b + 60 = 5b

=> 4b = 60 => b = 15 => a = 5 x 15 = 75

=> Total people:

T = a + b = 15 + 75 = 90

Hope this helps!
