To change a division of fractions to a multiplication problem, you multiply by the reciprocal of one of the numbers (use the KFC rule of Keep, Flip, Change). Keep 7/9, flip the sign (division to multiplication), and change 3/8.

Johnetta should have done 7/9 times 8/3, which would be 56/27.
