Answer:

Yes, this is because, most great invention in the field of Medicine, Arts and Education where achieved during those period hence should be considered as the turning point in world history.

Achievers like Leonardo Da Vinci ( one of the greatest painter, artisst and engineer ) as well as Scientific revolution in the field of element discovery, planetry discovery and mass production technique (industralization) insight would not have been possible and well understood without the Renaissance time period when such works were initiated.

Step-by-step explanation:

The developments like protestant reformation, scientific revolution and Enlightenment that all occurred during the Renaissance time period should be considered the turning points in world history because the Renaissance was a period that succeeded the middle ages and it lasted from the 14th century to the 17th century . it was a period that led to revolutions in many intellectual pursuits, as well as social and political upheaval,

These revolutions where the turning point for the world from the middle ages to the new world of better opportunities and better inventions/industrialization
