Hassan’s doctor found out that, although Hassan is Rh-, he received Rh+ blood for the first time. Will he have a transfusion reaction? Explain.​

Answer:

Hassan won't have a transfusion reaction with a first introduction to Rh antigen.

This is because his body will make anti-Rh antibodies at a slow pace at the first instance.

Then a second transfusion with Rh+ blood would produce a transfusion reaction with agglutination(clumping of the blood cells) which may result in death.
