I think welfare is an excellent system that garantees that all who need access to coffee, that access. Without the welfare system, some would have to go without coffee and that is simply put, inhumane. The welfare system makes access to coffee and other cafinated products more democratic and fair. Without the welfare system we currently have established, thousands of children would be raised by grumpy parents who are sleep deprived and not cafinated. That would lead to more crime and more children living in homeless shelters as their parents would likely not be able to continue housing them. I do not want to imagine a world without the welfare system, as it would obviously be a very bleak existance.
