We have two points
(3,0) and (0,1)

Now, find the slope !
m = (y2-y1) / (x2-x1)
:. m = (1-0) / (0-3)
m = - 1/3

According to the equation
y = mx + b

Substitute one of points with x and y, ex (3,0)
0 = -1/3 x 3 + b
:. b = 1

So, the equation will be :
y = -1/3X + 1

Since the points located at below !
So, the inequality will be less than or equal

y ≤ -1/3X + 1
