I believe it's a scalene triangle.
We could mark that ME = d, where d= diamater.
For segment TE, we can tell it is different length then all of the other lines.
Now, would MT be equivalent to ME in length? No. I can tell that segment MT is a tiny bit shorter than ME.
Why? If we look at line TE, we can tell that it is not perfectly horizontal; it is slanted to the left. By logic, we can deduce that because the left slant brings T ever so closely to M, there is a shorter distance between M and T than M and E.
If none of the sides are the same length, the triangle is scalene.
