Explanation:

The formula for slope is y2-x2 over y1-x1. Easier terms: subtract two points from eachother, y being the numerator and x being denominator. Two points on this graph are (2,0) and (3,3). When you put y on top, you get 0/2-3/3. The answer is -3/-1, which is equal to 3

A much easier way when you're graph looks like this, is to count the units up/down and right/left, putting the up/down number on top. Since it goes 3 up and 1 right, you get 3/1, or 3.
