Can someone help me

this is the question:

some people use a rule to see how many hours should a child sleep at night.
subtract the child's age in years from 30, then
divide the result by 2.
Amanda is 10 years old.
she wakes up every morning at 7:00am.
use the rule to work out what time she should go to sleep.

Answer:

5pm

Explanation:when we subtract 10 from 30 we get

30-10=20

then we divide 20 by 2

which is 20/2=10

she needs 10 hours to sleep

if she wakes at 7am then she should sleep ten hours afterwards or 5 pm
