first we have to bring "3x" to the left

so

2x^2-3x

next, factor of "x"

x(2x-3)=0

to solve, divide by x on both sides:

(2x-3)=0

add 3

2x=3

divide by 2

x=3/2

or x=0(since x(2x-3)=0, logically if x=0 then this equation would make sense)
