1) slope = 3, y-intercept = 1

2) slope = -4, y-intercept = 140

Explanation:

to find the slope take rise over run, for y-intercept its always where ever the 0 falls on the x line.

1) since the rise(y) = 6, and the run(x) = 2, it becomes 6/2 making your answer 3. They y-intercept is x = 0, y = 1.

2) The rise(y) = -20, and the run(x) = 5, it becomes -20/5 making your answer -4. The y-intercept is x = 0, y = 140.
