Answer:

12 = 6, well actually 12 ≠ 6

Explanation:

The best way to solve this will be to utilize PEMDAS (the order of operations)

We will solve parenthesis first according to this:

6 - 3 = 3

Then we will solve multiplication second according to PEMDAS:

2 × 3 = 6

Finally, we will solve addition:

4 + 8 = 12

Evaluating the expression would give 12 = 6, however, 12 ≠ 6.

Hope this helps! (((:

Answer:

Is it supposed to be 2x or did u do x for multiplication?

Explanation:

First do 2x multiplied by 6 and negative three which is 12x and -6x

your new equation is 4+8= 12x-6x subtracted both xs which is

4+8= 6x

Now 4+8

12=6x

now divide 6 on both sides

X= 2
