(2x-3)(2x-3)

FOIL it out

4x^2-6x-6x+9

4x^2-12x+9=4x-6

add 12x to each side

4x^2+9=16x-6

add 6

4x^2+15=16x

4x^2-16x+15=0

use quadratic formula
