The letters M,S,V are the original image.

The letters M’, S’, V’ are the displayed image.

You can see that M’, S’,V’ is a smaller image, so it was a reduction.

The length of line MS is 9 units.

The length of M’S’ is 6 units.

The dialation is 6/9 = 2/3
