For this equation, you need to use trigonometry. we only need to use one of the two angles given and for this example i'm going to use the 60° angle. as we know the adjacent side and want to know the opposite side, we need to use the trig ratio tan
`((opp)/(adj))` in this case, we will replace the adjacent side with

the square root of 2.

as the side we know is on the bottom of the ratio, we need to multiply it by the ratio (tan) then the angle (in case you don't know, * means multiply)

`√(2) * tan(60) = 2.44948...` round to 1 decimal place

x = 2.4
