Answer:

Let's see,

A + B = 30 (1)

A/B = 2/3 (2) => A = (2/3)*B (3)

Substitute A from (3) into (1)

=> (2/3)*B + B = 30

=> (5/3)*B = 30

=> B = 30*3/5 = 18

=> A = (2/3)*B = (2/3)*18 = 12
