Explanation:

Scale factor = 4/3. Therefore radius if larger cone = 4r/3 where r is the radius of the smaller cone and height of larger cone = 4h/3 where h is the height of the larger cone.

So ratio of volumes = r^2 * h/(4r/3)^2 * 4h/3) = 9/16 * 3/4 = 27/64

30 is a similar process except it's cylinders so find the scale factor and go on with that problem.
