Briefly discuss some differences in U.S. foreign policy towards the Soviet Union among Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, and Ronald Reagan's presidency. How did each of these presidents approach the Soviet Union differently?

Reagan negotiated and signed peace treaties to help reduce tensions, Carter kind of did the same thing as Reagan, and Nixon wanted to show the USSR how unpredictable he was and scare them.
