There are 12 students in a class: 7 boys and 5 girls. If the teacher picks a group of 5 at random, what is the probability that everyone in the group is a boy?

The number of groups of 5 boys that we can have from 7 boys is 7C5 = 21

The number of groups of 5 boys that we can have from 12 students is

12C5 = 792

then the probability = 21/792 = 0.026515151515

by the way you can calculate 12C5 and 7C5 using a calculator.
