Answer:

%12.8 for the card withe the number 1

%37.8 for the odd number

Explanation:

you only have a number one card so thats 1/8 and when converted to percentage is %12.8

theres 3 odd numbers not counting the 1 so thats 3/8 coverted to percent is %37.8

to find percentage to multiply the Numerator by Denominator and multiply by 100
