7.2 feet

Explanation:

Torque is calculated by T=Frsin(theta). Betty's total torque is 9 x 1000 (mg) = 9000. Since ginger weighs 125 pounds, 9000 = (125 x 10) x r. Solve for r and get 7.2 feet.
