Answer:

y = 5x + 15

Explanation:

Slope m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m = (-5 - 5)/(-4 - -2) = -10/-2 = 5

y = 5x + b

Using (-2,5) then

5 = 5(-2) + b

5 = -10 + b

b = 15

then y = 5x + 15
