What we have here is;


a^2-b^2

This is as simple as extracting the square root of both terms and multiply them by themselves, one being positive and the other negative as following;


a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)

-----------------------------------------------------------------

The square root of 25 is 5,
x^2 is x, and 144 is 12


25x^2-144=(5x+12)(5x-12)
