  • Radius of Monica's bicycle = 1 foot
  • circumference for any circle is calculated by formula
    2\pi r where r is the radius of the circle.
  • we will use numerical value of pi as 3.14

when any circular object makes one complete revolution, distance covered by that object is same as the circumference of the circular object .

Other way to explain this if one makes cut at a point on the edge of circle and straighten it from end to end then it will a straight line of the length as that of circumference.

= circumference of front wheel of Monica's bicycle
