Answer:

It is the last one.24.08

Explanation:

Use the distance formula(look up the formula if you ever need it again and don't have it memorized).And when you plug the numbers in it should look like this:

__________________

Distance = √ (x1 - x2)^2 + (y1 - y2)^2 -> √ (-12 - 1)^2 + (12 -1)^2

Just in case you do not know how to plug in the numbers or where:

With the first point:(-12,1) the -12 would be the X1 and the 1 would be the X2.

With the second point:(12,-1) the 12 would be the Y1 and the -1 is the Y2.

After plugging the numbers in,solve!First,solve whats inside of the parenthesis which should make your problem look like this so far:

√(-24)^2+(-2)^2

Now you can multiple the numbers inside with their exponents.That would make the equation turn into this:

√(576+4).Add that and you have √580.

Your last step would simply be to square root which you could simply use a calculator for.And your answer should end up as 24.08(keep in mind it is rounded to the nearest hundredth.)
